How to play PokéSurvivor

Reference reviewed

Move your partner, collect experience and choose upgrades. Attacks fire automatically; positioning and the move you keep active are your main decisions.

Start a first run

  1. Open the developer’s browser game. Sign in for cloud progress or choose the guest option to try it locally.
  2. Complete the personality questions, then accept the suggested partner or choose another starter. The quiz is a recommendation, not a permanent restriction on your choice.
  3. Enter a run and move into open space. Your active move attacks automatically. Collect dropped experience while keeping an escape route.
  4. When you level up, choose a new move, improve an existing move, or take a run stat upgrade. Read the effect before filling all your slots.

A wider move collection is not automatically a stronger run: normally one selected move fires at a time. Improve an attack you can use reliably, then take a complementary move for a different range or matchup.

A move evolution needs its maximum level and a specific stat card taken in the same run. The golden evolution card is a separate choice. Use the evolution table before spending several levels on a plan.

Buff moves do not deal direct damage. Keep an actual damaging option available rather than making every slot a buff.

Recover and keep your progress

Use healing springs and read the terrain. Water slows movement and lava hurts; walls and trees can obstruct enemy projectiles. A chest with a lock needs you to remain beside it briefly.

Guest progress lives in this game origin’s browser storage. Clearing site data can remove it. A cloud account is the route for continuing on another device; this Wiki does not store or recover game saves.

A failed run is a useful checkpoint: compare whether you ran out of space, healing, or damage, and change that part of the next attempt.
